This attribution of the intentions of Christians who have reservations about unqualified administration of the HPV vaccine to school children is a complete fantasy. Harris offers no evidence that they “want to preserve cervical cancer as an incentive toward abstinence.” This is a straw man argument entirely of Harris’ own creation.
